  1.      WaverlyStreet QuickRef Project Assistant Registration/Order Form

  3. QuickRef is distributed as SHAREWARE, which means that you are encouraged to
  4. try it out for a reasonable amount of time (free of charge) while you evaluate
  5. whether or not you want to purchase it. If you decide you like it, and wish to
  6. continue using it on a regular basis, you must REGISTER.

  8. When you register, several good things happen: First, you affirm that you are
  9. a good, honest, and decent person (but you knew that already). Second, you
  10. encourage me to continue to develop QuickRef and other shareware. Finally, I
  11. send you a registration code which turns off that annoying "nag" screen when
  12. the program starts. Everyone is happy :-)!

  14. There are a three different ways to register:

  16. 1) If you wish to use a credit card, and have internet access, go to:
  17. http://www.alberts.com and search for "waverlystreet" or "quickref". Follow
  18. the on-screen instructions. The registration fee is $35.00 US. Alberts will
  19. process the transaction and then notify me via e-mail, and I will e-mail you a
  20. registration code. Alternately, go to http://www.infinet.com/~dgjess and
  21. follow the appropriate "registration" link to Alberts.

  23. 2) If you wish to use surface mail, send a check, money order, or cash (US
  24. funds only please) for $35.00 to WaverlyStreet, P.O. Box 14249, Columbus Ohio
  25. 43214, United States. Be sure to include a return address (either surface or
  26. e-mail) so I can send you your registration code! If you wish to recieve a
  27. disk in the mail, add $2.50 to your surface mail order (but please understand
  28. that the disk will NOT include anything you can't download from the internet).

  30. 3) Site licence: unlimited number of users at a particular company. Must be
  31. done by surface mail. Cost is $250.00. Be sure to give COMPANY NAME.

  33. Your registration code will work with version 2.2 and all future versions of
  34. QuickRef. Please check at http://www.infinet.com/~dgjess from time to time to
  35. see if a newer version exists. If you have registered a prior version, please
  36. contact me for a 2.2 format code (no charge).
